Arias night...
So was a nice night. Gabriella Cilmi totally cleaned up and congrats to her! The red carpet was a little less scary this time around, still suffered from severe anxiety attacks before the actual day. However, I still feel like the night of partying has left me in a bad state...the only way to get better is dvds and being brainless. The best part of the weekend was that my parents came to the afterparty and they were by far the best dancers in the whole room. Seriously, they were the only ones to never leave the dancefloor...so amazing. I wasn't even embarrassed, but then again I don't get embarrassed by those types of things. Ah...so it is thunderstorming right now and before I forget I have to tell you how Dicko's - you know Dicko off Australia Idol? Well his daughters think Tim is a piece of sex ha ha. Not sure if that is appropriate, because I don't know how old those girls are but I found this amazing video of them declaring it and I want to post it here, but can't until I have Tim's permission, I mean it is about him and all.
But the funniest thing was that when they said it, we were standing right next to them and Taylor and I heard everything. I hope they didn't hear us laughing, we weren't laughing at them, we were laughing cause it was awesome, plus the girls are totally hot and I would definately encourage them to pursue Tim. Ha ha ha. Might embarrass the boy so I should stop talking about him.
So all in all, the arias was fun, I'm glad I didn't get as messy as last year, because this time around I could actually hold a conversation, it's good to be able to feel your face and know what you are saying...so I am patting myself on the back for that one. I am however, disappointed that I didn't get to make friends with Chrislyn from Australia Idol, I love that chick. She is amazing! I totally want her to see her get all nasty disco diva, I reckon she would be ace. Not nasty as in nasty nasty, just like devlish you know? Cheeky. Good lord I hope she doesn't see this. She never will but if she did, she would probably be scared. Having said that we all never thought we would see the day that a Kings Of Leon song was sung on idol.
So we are currently having time off and I am anticipating my journey to Japan! So excite! So excite! Tim and I are djing for Flamingo Crashs' Japanese tour. Can't wait for Disney Land yay. Also we have lost of one off shows around Australia until the end of the year, so make sure to check calendars and stuff, come and say if you feel like it. Also would like to apologise to all those people that were at the arias waiting for people to sign stuff and photos...we were the last ones down the carpet and had to go inside because the show was starting. So if you were one of those people that wanted to talk to us, we are so sorry and in no way were ignoring you at all. Oh oh and I also met PINK and her performance was pretty much amazing, she went ALL OUT. Fire, cars, tractors, ha ha tractors and her singing was perfect. So much attitude hey.
I just realised I left my window wide open and it is raining, don't want damp room. Okee okee. Hope you are all well, yikes lightening!
