First things first,
I hate facebook chat. So shit. Alright....so would like to thank everyone that came out for the Fisher's Ghost show the other night. It was awesome to see the local community supporting an event that was organised by their peers. That doesn't happen alot...so it was amazing to see. Would like to especially thank the organisers and everybody that was involved and worked really hard to make it happen. You were all friendly, welcoming and accomodating which made everything smooth sailing and enjoyable. Want to say thank you to the people that stuck around to watch our set, we haven't played in forever, let alone an all ages show...so we hope it was okay for you. It was lovely to meet everyone that we met that day, whether we were talking at the back fence or out the front...it was cool to converse with you all, whether it made sense or not. Nonetheless entertaining.
On another note, there were some "people" backstage that I would like to address indirectly, you will know who you are. If you don't know someone, have never met them or never talked to them, please don't go around acting as if you have and know everything about them. You cannot honestly go around making assumptions on people's personalities without ever talking to them. Also not a good idea to whisper about people when they can hear you, if you would like to bitch then save it for your drive home, especially if you want to bitch about people that are within the vacinity. Not a good look on your part. I know I am being vague about this, but unfortunately things like these happen in all walks of life. One thing that is crucial to remember is that if you have time for others they will have time for you. I will leave it at that. Reciprocal effort is not something that comes along alot of the time. If you know where I am going with this.....
But not to darken things. The fireworks were amazing and having said that, there were some lovely people backstage as well, that I hope to see again soon. All in all was alot of fun and hope your night was okee.
